This policy explains how Revive Property Services (UK) Limited ("Revive", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the organisation or property you're enquiring about, and the content of your message. We do not ask for special category data and you should not send it through the form.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, quote for works, and where relevant manage the resulting job. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our services — and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Where enquiries go
Form submissions are delivered by email to our office inbox at info@reviveps.co.uk and are read by the Revive team members who handle enquiries. We use third-party providers for website hosting and email delivery, who process the data on our instructions only. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a job, the records are retained for as long as needed to deliver and support the work and to meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
