Supplier name: Revive Property Services (UK) Limited

Publication date: 30th June 2026

Commitment to achieving Net Zero

Revive Property Services (UK) Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

Environmental sustainability forms an integral part of our business strategy. We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations through continual improvement, investment in energy-efficient technologies, responsible procurement, and sustainable working practices. We will continue to measure, monitor and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the requirements of Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21 and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past prior to the introduction of strategies to reduce emissions. They provide the reference point against which future emissions reductions are measured.

Baseline Year: 2024
Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations.
The 2024 reporting period represents Revive Property Services (UK) Limited’s first complete organisational carbon footprint and therefore establishes the baseline against which future performance will be measured.
Baseline year emissions:
EMISSIONSTOTAL (tCO2e)
Scope 141
Scope 26.17
Scope 3 (Included Sources)531.6
Total Emissions578.77

Current Emissions Reporting (2026)

Emissions 2024 Baseline (tCO₂e) 2026 Reporting Year (tCO₂e)
Scope 1 41.000 107.961
Scope 2 6.170 3.471
Scope 3 (Included Sources) 531.600 651.000
Total Emissions 578.770 762.432

The increase in total greenhouse gas emissions since the 2024 baseline reflects the continued growth and expansion of Revive Property Services (UK) Limited during the reporting period.

During the reporting period, the Company significantly expanded its operations to meet increased customer demand. The operational vehicle fleet increased from 16 to 33 vehicles, while average employee numbers increased from 21 to 44. This expansion has enabled the Company to deliver a significantly greater volume of services across a wider geographical area.

As a result of this operational growth, Scope 1 emissions increased due to the larger vehicle fleet and associated fuel consumption, whilst Scope 3 emissions increased in line with higher levels of procurement, subcontractor activity and overall business operations.

Despite this growth, Scope 2 emissions reduced from 6.170 tCO₂e to 3.471 tCO₂e, demonstrating the positive impact of continued improvements in energy efficiency and electricity consumption within the Company’s office operations.

Revive Property Services (UK) Limited remains committed to reducing the carbon intensity of its operations and will continue to invest in practical carbon reduction initiatives while supporting sustainable business growth.
